Return Policy
- Products Accepted for Return:
- Incorrectly delivered items (unopened, original packaging)
- Damaged or flawed items compared to the website listing
- Change of Mind Returns:
- Within 3 days of receiving the product
- Undamaged, untampered with, and in original packaging
- Subject to a deduction of 0-20% of the item price + shipping fees (up to AED 150)
- Opened & Non-Defective Returns:
- Subject to a 20% deduction of the item price + shipping fees (up to AED 150)
Refund Policy
- Refunds for Online Payments: Issued via the original payment method upon confirmation.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery: Issued via bank transfer.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take a few days to process.
